Do you have insurance?
Quality Cleaning has employer’s liability insurance and professional liability insurance. Should you decide to engage our company a copy of the certificates can be provided on request.
How much does it cost?
Our rates are extremely competitive and based on your individual or corporate needs. Please contact us for more information.
Are you and your staff reliable as I worry about having a stranger in my house?
We only employ polite, trustworthy staff to work for us. Every staff member is reference and police checked prior to employment. We also operate a full no smoking policy. All of our staff are trained, fully insured and uniformed.
I would prefer the cleaner to attend whilst I am at work. Can keys be left with you?
You can provide a door key if you wish, this key will be given a security number and kept in a locked safe. It will only be given to your cleaner on the day of the clean and returned when the clean is finished. The choice is yours.
Do you provide the cleaning materials?
We can do so if you wish, but we have found that the vast majority of our clients prefer us to use their own products and equipment.
How do I pay?
We will invoice you weekly or monthly, depending on the frequency of our visits.
What tasks will Quality Cleaning carry out in my home?
When you contact us we will make an appointment to visit you to discuss your requirements. There is no charge for this service and you are under no obligation. During the visit you can tell us exactly what you require. We will both then draw up a list which can be reviewed whenever you wish.
